PM to launch revamped distribution sector scheme, green energy projects of NTPC

Modi will dedicate the foundation stone for various green energy projects by NTPC valued at more than Rs5,200 crore. Modi will also announce the power sector's revamped distribution scheme.

The new distribution sector scheme will enhance the efficiency and financial sustainability of DISCOMs as well as power departments the Office of the Prime Minister announced in a statement.
